We’re a small, owner-run business, and every order counts. Before you shop, please take a moment to read our shipping and return policies in the FAQs. Our processes don’t follow mainstream “everything free” rules, so knowing how it works helps you shop confidently and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

What is the return policy?

Eligibility for a full refund

  • unworn, unwashed swimwear items with tags and hygiene liners still attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items purchased at a discount, during promotional events are not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

Returns

  • Returns must be approved before sending items back.
  • Send email to sales@mamacitaswim.com with your order number.
  • If you return all items from your order, a total of $10 (handling and shipping) fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the items back; a return shipping label will not be provided.

Shipping

  • Please pack all items securely in a box — either in the original packaging or another suitable box — and include your order number inside the package.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • Again Return must be approved before sending items back.

Exchanges

  • exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Process

  • original payment method.
  • 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Discounted Items

  • on sale, with a discount code, or using a coupon are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during promo events are final sale. Only full-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

When will I get my order?

For U.S. orders, shipping typically takes 1–2 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for delivery.

For Canada and the European Union, processing is 1–2 business days, with delivery usually within 2–3 weeks.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Where are your products manufactured?

All Mamacita Swim pieces are thoughtfully designed in Ohio and ethically manufactured in Bali, where our skilled production team brings each design to life with care and precision.

We work closely with a small, women-led factory that shares our commitment to quality, sustainability, and fair working conditions.

From the initial fabric selection to the final stitch, every step of the process is guided by our mission to create supportive, stylish swimwear that makes women feel confident and comfortable.

How much does shipping cost?


Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

For Canada and European Union orders, shipping is $15.

Please note that return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
