CANADA
We offer standard international shipping to Canada - all orders must go through our USA website. Since we are based in the USA and really want our friends in Canada to be able to purchase from us, we have decided to meet you halfway. This means we will only charge you half of the shipping cost, which is flat rate $15. Unfortunately, returns are not free. We will send you a prepaid label, and $30 will be deducted from your refund. You are also welcome to ship the item back on your own.
EUROZONE
We offer standard international shipping to Eurozone- all orders must go through our USA website. Since we are based in the USA and really want our friends in Eurozone to be able to purchase from us, we have decided to offer you a discounted shipping price. This means we will charge you flat rate EUR 25. Unfortunately, returns are not free. We will send you a prepaid label, and $30 will be deducted from your refund. You are also welcome to ship the item back on your own.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at sales@mamacitaswim.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Hit us up fast. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once the order has left our distribution center we have limited ability (if any) to change the address. We will only offer a customer a refund once the order has been physically returned to the distribution center.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary return for a no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard USPS shipping.
All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original MAMACITA SWIM tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, less the $10 return processing fee. Note that it may take 5-7 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
