Refund policy
We hope you love your new swimwear, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help!
Eligibility
- unworn, unwashed swimwear items with tags and hygiene liners still attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items purchased at a discount, during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns
- Returns must be approved before sending items back.
- Send email to sales@mamacitaswim.com with your order number.
- If you return all items from your order, a total of $10 (handling and shipping) fee will be deducted from your refund
- Customers are responsible for shipping the items back; a return shipping label will not be provided.
Shipping
- Please pack all items securely in a box — either in the original packaging or another suitable box — and include your order number inside the package.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Again Return must be approved before sending items back.
Exchanges
- exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Process
- original payment method.
- 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Discounted Items
- on sale, with a discount code, or using a coupon are not eligible for return or exchange.
